Mountainside Mental Health is a privately run practice in Carroll County New Hampshire that was established by Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Keller.  Since my youth, I have found myself being pulled toward and confided in by others entrusting my presence in their suffering and I have been grateful to provide them with support during their time of need. Guided by this drive, I began practicing in 2008 for nearly a decade of direct-in-home mental health support while pursuing my social work degree to give me a greater understanding of how to heal the day-to-day struggles of life and psychiatric illness.

In my years of practice across a variety of roles, environments, and levels of care, I have been ailed by witnessing a lack of compassion and dedication that is ever present where productivity and financial gain are held as priority over those offering the trust of their wellness. Mountainside was created to be a place where patient and provider can meet without barriers set forth by larger mental health organizations that tend to impede on and alter the duration, course, types, and quality of treatment providers can offer. Operating a privately run practice allows me to provide care that is consistent with my values, education, knowledge, and experience, uninfringed by outside influences and guided by your needs, with the best my spirit has to offer.

At Mountainside, I provide comprehensive, whole-health psychiatric assessments and individualized care to support effectively identifying, diagnosing, treating, as well as educating my patients. Included in this is great consideration of your unique life circumstances, struggles, strengths, predispositions, neurobiological, medical, and other factors that may be contributing to your mental health concerns. Once we have concluded with an initial assessment, I will work to establish whether there are any appropriate mental health diagnoses and recommendations, and we will work together to develop a plan for treatment.

Please feel free to reach out to me by phone with any questions you might have or to request a free phone consultation.
